1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DEV Solutions. By engaging our services or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Payment Terms

• Project cost is agreed upon before work begins
• Typically 50% advance payment required before project start
• Remaining payment due upon project completion before final delivery
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may attract interest as per mutual agreement

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of project fees:

• Client receives full ownership of the final deliverables (website, app, software)
• DEV Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Third-party components (frameworks, libraries, plugins) remain under their respective licenses
• Client is responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe third-party rights

Before full payment, all work remains the intellectual property of DEV Solutions.

5. Project Delivery & Revisions

• Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
• Delays caused by client (late content, feedback, approvals) may extend deadlines
• Number of revisions included is specified in project agreement
• Additional revisions beyond agreed scope will be charged separately
• Final testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) is client's responsibility

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spam, phishing, or unauthorized marketing
• Content that violates others' intellectual property rights
• Harassment, defamation, or harmful content
• Activities that violate Indian laws or international regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

DEV Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party services or hosting providers
• Security breaches beyond our reasonable control
• Issues arising from client-provided content or third-party integrations

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

8. Support & Maintenance

• Post-delivery support period is specified in individual project agreements
• Bug fixes for issues arising from our code are covered during support period
• Issues caused by client modifications, third-party updates, or hosting are not covered
• Annual maintenance contracts available separately

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved:

• First through good-faith negotiation between parties
• If unresolved, through mediation in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
• Jurisdiction: Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
